Experience a Contemporary Take on Irish Classics this St Patrick’s Day at Glovers Alley by Andy McFadden

Glovers Alley by Andy McFadden on St Stephen’s Green is celebrating St Patrick’s Day this year with a St Patrick’s Day Menu which pays homage to traditional Irish dishes while showcasing Irish produce.

Andy McFadden has designed a special menu which gives a contemporary twist on traditional Irish classics such as Bacon and Cabbage and Irish Stew, incorporating his signature style of refined, modern cooking while retaining the essence of Ireland’s much-loved favourites.

Andy of Glovers Alley said, “We’ve been having a bit of fun creating this special St Patrick’s Day menu by putting a Glovers Alley twist on some of our favourite Irish classics inspired by the seasonal produce of Ireland.”

Each course on the Five Course St Patrick’s Day Menu showcases one of Andy’s favourite Irish ingredients, and diners can expect Dublin Bay Prawns, Carrot, Tarragon, Lardo to start, followed by dishes of Kilkeel Cod, “Bacon and Cabbage”, Comeragh Mountain, “Irish Stew”, and Young Buck, “Waldorf Salad”. The meal will finish with a dessert of Rhubarb, Velvet Cloud Sheep’s Yoghurt, D4 Honey.

The cost of the five course St Patrick’s Day Menu is €80 per person or €130 with wine pairings.

Glovers Alley by Andy McFadden is located at 128 St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, Ireland.
